3 Smoothies con Leche Únicla: naturalmente saludables

Los smoothies son una de las bebidas más saludables y nutritivas que puedes tomar a lo largo del día si poseen un buen equilibrio perfecto de ingredientes como una base líquida de leche, siempre Leche Únicla, fruta fresca y frutos secos: ¡a tope de energía!
Ahora que empieza a llegar el calor y el buen tiempo, apetecen más y por eso, hoy os dejamos 3 recetas de smoothies con leche sencillas y rápidas, una opción perfecta para tomarte (¡y cuidarte!) a cualquier hora.

Smoothie de manzana y avena

¿Sabías que…?

  • La avena ayuda a reducir el colesterol y tiene propiedades antioxidantes.
  • Proporciona energía y sacia bastante: es ideal para el desayuno.

Ingredientes:

  • 2 manzanas 
  • 250 ml. leche Únicla
  • 1 cucharadita canela (al gusto)
  • Unos 25 gr. copos de avena (más o menos espeso, al gusto).

Smoothie de fresas y almendra

¿Sabías que…?

  • Las almendras son bajas en carbohidratos y altas en proteínas.
  • Las fresas son antioxidantes y un antiinflamatorio natural.
  • Perfecto para el almuerzo / merienda.

Ingredientes:

  • 150 gr. de fresas
  • Un puñadito de almendras
  • 240 ml. de Leche Únicla 
  • 1 cucharada de canela para endulzar
  • Unos 25 gr. copos de avena (más o menos espeso, al gusto).

  • La cúrcuma posee propiedades antiinflamatorias y digestivas.

Ingredientes:

Os dejamos una idea donde la verdura también está presente junto a la fruta:

  • 1 plátano 
  • ½ vaso (120 ml.) de zumo de zanahoria
  • 100 gr. de piña
  • 1/4 cucharadita de cúrcuma molida
  • 240 ml. de Leche Únicla
  • Añade semillas de chia para darle un toque único.

Pasos para preparar tus smoothie saludables con Leche Únicla

  1. Trocea el ingrediente principal (la manzana, la fresa…) para que te sea más fácil después triturarlo en el conjunto.
  2. Echa todos los ingredientes en la batidora / licuadora y… ¡en un par de minutos lo tienes listo!
  3. Utiliza más o menos leche en función de lo espeso que desees que quede.
